Sean McColl Wins in China

October 15, 2012

Canadian Sean McColl took first place at the IFSC World Cup event held in Xining, China on Oct 13-14, 2012. McColl has been having an incredible year with numerous top finishes including his recent crowning as overall World Champion.

While McColl’s result was impressive, there was some grumbling about the quality of the route setting at the event.

McColl is currently ranked third overall in the IFSC World Cup standings behind Austrian Jakob Schubert the current overall leader Ramón Julian Puigblanque from Spain.

Full results of the event can be found at the IFSC website.
