Ben Moon on New Training Rungs and Rainshadow

Ben Moon has just produced some brand new campus rungs to help build a bit of power.

The new rungs from Moon come in three widths, from 18 to 29 mm and are slightly longer than most conventional campus rungs to allow for a wider holding position.

Another great feature of these rungs is that they have additional finger slots so that you can work on your accuracy as well as your strength.

Watch Moon also talk about his recent send of  Rainshadow, his second 5.14d that he climbed a few months ago just before his 50th birthday. It is one of the most striking sport lines in the U.K., his ascent was big news around the globe so we decided to find out how he’d found being back in the limelight once more.
