Motivation Monday: Five Moves to Mimic

The official start of summer is in two weeks, but Canada has been feeling the heat over the past week. With heat warnings across the country, most climbers have moved outside from the plastic to the rock. Here are a few motivating clips from Eric Sethna’s second ascent of an Alberta V12 to Stacey Weldon’s mock comp in preparation for the Vail World Cup. Click on the clip to play.

So stoked on nabbing the 2nd ascent of The Sage this weekend! Officially it's ungraded but definitely feels in the range of V12/8a+. Mad respect to the Eveleigh brothers for having the vision to find this gem!

??? "Gluttony" ??? Amelia @mgirlsclimb and Katie @katie_malinowski put this benchmark V8 down at #tramway over the weekend. Lil sis Dinah and @joeycatama sent as well, but I was busy taking stills and spotting. Thanks to whoever was holding my phone! One of my favorite climbs– I mean….
