Ondra and Kim win third stage of Asia world cup

The third stage of the IFSC’s Asia world cup circuit wrapped up in Inzai on the weekend (Oct. 26, 2014).

After visiting Korea and Japan over the last two weekends, the IFSC Lead World Cup rolled into Inzai, Japan on Saturday and Sunday, and after some surprising from the last two rounds.

The biggest names all made it into the men’s final. Romain Desgranges placed seventh, while Domen Skofic took third, Sachi Amma second and none other than Adam Ondra took the win. Sean McColl finished fifth. The leader in the overall standings, Jakob Schubert, came fourth and will now almost certainly be crowned champion at the final event of the season in Kranj, Slovenia in three weeks.
