Sean McColl is IFSC Combined Champion of 2016
Sean McColl is the 2016 IFSC Combined Champion, despite the year not being his best in any one discipline. In Lead, he placed sixth at the Paris World Championships, third at the Briancon World Cup, first at Villars and seventh in Chamonix. For Bouldering, he placed sixth at Vail, third in Innsbruck, seventh in Chongqing and seventh in Kazo. Combined includes Speed climbing and McColl competed in Speed at Villars, Chamonix and Chongqing, but never made it to finals. Congrats Sean!
