Women’s Bouldering Festival in Fontainebleau, France

An international event of bouldering, plus yoga, routesetting and more, this fall

The inaugural Women’s Bouldering Festival in Fontainebleau was a great success. Scheduled for the last weekend in September (Sept 27-29, 2019), this year’s event promises to be bigger and better.

This not-to-be-missed event is a weekend of camping and bouldering in the famous Forest of Fontainebleau, with women from all over the world.

“Meet likeminded climbers, learn from experienced mentors and enjoy a programme of talks and activities dedicated to the promotion of diversity and enviromentalism within the climbing community.”

This year’s festival has an amazing line-up of additional, optional activities, including morning yoga with Tiffany Soi (Sat & Sun), a climbing masterclass with Karoline Sinnhuber (Sat & Sun), an intro class to parkour (Sat & Sun), a routesetting clinic with legend routesetter Jacky Godoffe and Nataleigh Bell (Friday), as well as workshops in climbing injury prevention (Saturday) and environmental conservation (Monday).
