I apologize for the delay but the ability to register online with the CEC as an Open Competitor has now been activated. Please go to http://www.competitionclimbingcanada.com and look under Memberships for the link to start the registration process.

There is one significant difference from last year - as part of the Alpine Club of Canada, the CEC and the Tour de Bloc needs all competitors to fill out an ACC waiver form at the start of competition season. You will receive information during the registration process on when you can print off this form as the waiver needs to be signed and mailed to the ACC head office.

I realize this is one more step but it is a very important one - thank you for your understanding on this.

Again this year, there is no fee to register yourself and to have your Open points totals tracked during the season. From these totals, the new Canadian Open National Bouldering Team will be selected.

Once you complete your registration, you will receive an user ID and password of your choosing to access the members’ area of the website. Although not everything is 100% complete yet, you will eventually be able to look up your Open ranking and to register for select competitions plus some other features that are being created.

Lastly, plus notify the CEC if there are any problems you encounter during any processes on the website - there are bound to be bugs at the start and we would like to clear these up as quickly as possible but need your assistance in reporting these.

Thanks for your patience in this matter. If you have already competed at any events on the Tour de Bloc, please register now and all points will be retroactive to the start of the season.
