That’s one nice belt.  You could probably hang thirty or forty chalkbags from it, beat your spotter with it if s/he drops you, or rappel off it if God forbid you should ever find yourself near a rope.

No seriously that will be one good comp.

Good times,

Thanks Simon and the crew for all the work setting, Jord and Tedi for the fast tabulation of results, and Walson for being one heck of a boulderer.

And thanks Terry for making us all look weak, feeble and old.

I along with the other 9 Edmonton folk who commuted south were thourghly impressed with the CCC event.

The music kept pace with the mood of the evening, the judges were polite & patient, Simon was a leader as MC, Walson was inspiring @ representing, the locals welcoming (Knut) and entertaining (Pete), and lets not forget the RAD problems!!!!!!!!!!!!! With an amazing selection of grips and an obvious quality control on the problems built, a thumbs up to the crew which probably volunteered and or works @ the wall. Without these wrench spinners there is no product (well, worth tuggin on).

Thanks and we`ll see you in January!

(beware: next time we`re bring the Danimal!!!!!!!!!!!)

Thanks Lloyd…  Yes you should all beware of me, for I am injured, and you should always be wary of an injured Danimal.  He might drink all your beer and heckle you relentlessly when you fall off of problems. BEWARE, beeeeee waaaaaaa rrrrrrreeeeeee…….

PS - Edmonton rules, first in BOTH Open categories, awww yeeaah, that’s what happens when there are no real rocks close to you, you get hella strong on plastic!

Heck of a boulderer that Walson Tai, heck of a boulderer… Wish I could’ve been there.

Climbing is not a sport. It is a lifestyle.
