Wall Crawler–

A consortium of o&g companies recently applied for a license to build a nuclear reactor up there, due to worries about shortages of hydro power (global warming affects water flows) and natural gas declines.  It is 8-10 years off due to review issues etc but this speaks volumes about their future operating costs etc. 

Also they are facing similar diminishing returns issues (the have to dig deeper, burn hotter etc as they move past the easy-to-get-to stuff).  And of course there is the question of what they are going to do with trillions of litres of toxic sludge that they just put into containment ponds right now.  If they had to pay for proper processing of that, their costs would be around a barrel.

Anyway.  I’m going bouldering.  Killer temps and dry in the forest!
