Noah tied in third with Dan for the canadian standings cough cough… haha but on a more serious note Dave Smith from BetaClothing makes the most bad ass team uniforms on the freaking planet!!!!

OK, so news is sporadic right now from Vail but I have heard that three Canadian women have made the semi-finals. Top 26 go to semis, here they are with their placing after qualifiers:

Thirza Carpenter - 14th
Vikki Weldon - 17th
Erin Ford-Zieleniewski - 19th

They will climb tomorrow morning in the semis, top 8 go to finals in the afternoon.

No news from the men’s side yet but their category was quite large.

Looks like Sean McColl is the only Canadian male to make it in to semis. Sounds like the problems were ‘ridiculously hard’, to quote someone at the event. Not many sends by the males.

Nice work by all the Canadians. Sean McColl came tenth and Thirza Carpenter was 13th, our top Canucks at this events. Great work! Let’s hope Teva hosts another next year!
