Negotiations on an easement agreement providing access to sublot 18 have been successfully concluded. Construction on the road & parking lot has begun. It is virtually certain that climbers will be parking at the new parking lot in Spring 2009.

Access to the new parking lot will be from Smythe Road. Smythe Road runs east from Lakeside Road. Smythe Road is a couple of kilometres south of Crescent Hill Road (the steep hill leading to Valleyview Road & the old parking lot).
