Wow I love national Geographic. For those of you who can get your hands on the latest issue, take a look at those giant crystals formed in Mexico. On pg. 66 there is a photo of some guy hand-linning a fixed rope and I was wondering what it would be like to free climb around those pure crystals. I’m sure the friction can’t be all that good but wow do those giant stacks have such featured surfaces!

Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature’s peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn.”

I saw those pics and where is Superman??? It is just amazing what lies under our surface. It must have been soooo amazing to have been the one to open that room up and crawl on in and find those crystals.
