Registration for the Coyote Tour de Bloc is now open. Here are the details…

You can register online at http://www.tourdebloc.com, but if you are local we would prefer it if you could register at the gym.
There are Recreational, Experienced, and Open categories.
Registration Fee is .
You must register before Jan 31st to get a t-shirt!

Feb 7th 2009

Provisional Program
9:15am -10:00am Registration for Rec and Experienced Competitors
10:00am - 10:15am Competitors Briefing
10:15am - 1:15pm Climbing for Rec and Experienced
12:45pm - 1:45pm Registration for Open Competitors
1:45pm - 2:00pm Open Competitors meeting
2:00pm - 5:30pm Climbing for Open
3:00pm - 4:00pm Prizes for Recreational and Experienced
6:30pm - 8:30pm Open Finals

There will be loads of new problems, free stuff and money!

Hey all,
Just wanted to add that we will be opening our new bouldering cave on comp day.  It makes the old black cave look like a dirty hobo.  See you soon.

I forgot to add this is my last post…we need volunteers!  Anyone out there who is interested in judging morning, afternoon, or both sessions can contact the gym at 613-739-4074.  Free shirts and food for all volunteers.  We could use hold washers as well!  It’s hard, dirty work, but at least it’s thankless.

Remember to sign up by the 31st to get a shirt.  Tell your friends, enemies, whoever.  We have plans for you and them.

Just a reminder to sign up at the tour website and NOT at the Coyote website.  Of course if you’re local you can also sign up at Coyote. 
We will be registering competitors on comp day, and all competitors are reminded to bring cash if possible.  Our interac has been painfully slow as of late.

Just wanted to say thanks to all the volunteers and competitors who made our comp happen!  This last event was super fun and we’re already getting geared up for Regionals in April.  Hopefully we can break the 250 competitor mark… not that I’m complaining about 202.  See you at the next one.

Just want to give up big props to Jody, Katja, Dave Voltan, Andrew Post and all the volunteers, judges and everyone involved for putting on an amazing comp last weekend. It was a blast, good problems, good vibe. Thanks so much.
