A Basecamp Radio Conversation with Hazel Findlay
Hazel Findlay is one of the world’s most daring rock climbers and has a number of firsts to her name.
Findlay grew up climbing with her dad on the sea cliffs of Pembroke, South Wales. She has become one of the boldest female climbers of her generation.
Besides her many impressive accomplishments, which includes hard new routes in Canada, she was the first female to climb a British E9.
In this episode of Basecamp, Hazel touches base with Gripped editor Brandon Pullan at the 2014 Banff Mountain Film and Book Festival.
