Adam Ondra Crushing Between World Cups

Adam Ondra has been performing consistently well during the IFSC bouldering world cup season. On his days off, he has been busy making hard sends outdoors.

Before the Birancon world cup, Ondra onsighted Face Bouc 5.14b on a hot day. In Ceuse, he made the second ascent of Chris Sharma’s Three Degrees of Separation 5.14d and is yet to comment on the grade.

The 25-metre route is close to Realization 5.15a and includes three big dynos. It has seen plenty of attempts, including Ondra in 2014, and went eight years without a repeat.

Ondra then went to Verdon where he onsighted Spanish Caravan 5.14b and Une Chatte Brulante Sous Un Toit 5.14a. He fell once trying to onsight Promotion Canne A Peche 5.14d and sent L’enculeur de Mocehs 5.14a on his second try.
