Adam Ondra Hits Road, Attempts Italy’s Hardest Route

Adam Ondra has hit the road to send new routes and repeat hard ones. His first stop was Italy’s hardest route called Lapsus 5.15b. First climbed in 2015 by Stefano Ghisolfi, it has 50 hard moves. Watch Ondra attempt it below.

Jorg Verhoeven just attempted the steep route, which is at Andonno in northern Italy, without success. Over the past few days, Ondra put in less than 10 tries and made it to the final move. Watch Ghisolfi on Lapsus below.
