Alex Puccio Sends Hard Problems on First Day in Leavenworth

Alex Puccio has climbed at a lot of world class locations, but the top American boulderer had never visited Leavenworth. The granite climbing destination in Washington State has countless climbs and boulder problems.

Puccio recently spent her first day there and ticked Teacup V13, Practitioner V11, Abstraction V10 and flashed Coffee Cup V9. On her second day, she went on to send Monarch V11, Hypertrophy V10 and flashed Bananas V8. Puccio has climbed a number of V14s, including Jade and Wheel of Chaos.

What an incredible place Leavenworth is, can't believe I have never been here before! My first day ever climbing here I was able to climb "The Tea Cup" V13/8B (pictured) in a short session which was one of the boulders on top of my list! ? Earlier that day I sent "The Practitioner" V11, The "Coffee Cup" V9 and at the end of the day "Abstraction" V10. The next day I got up 2 other classics, "Monarch" V11 (second try) and "Hypertrophy" V10. Now it's a well needed rest day today!! ? New favorite place!!! ?
