IFSC World Cup 2016: Results From Chongqing, China

The third IFSC World Cup of 2016 took place in Chongqing, China, and four Canadians competed, Sean McColl, Alannah Yip, Elan Jonas-McRae and Kin Wah Lai. McColl advanced to Semis and missed Finals by one spot with a finish in seveth. Yip missed Semis by one spot with a finish in 21st, and Jonas-McRae finished in 49th and Lai in 58th. The big story is Shauna Coxsey’s fourth straight win of the season for Females, Akiyo Noguchi came in a close second. For the men, Tomoa Narasaki, ranked 15th in the world, finished first for the Males and Jan Hojer took second. Visit here for more info.
