Israeli Sender Alex Khazanov Flashes Mandala V12

Alex Khazanov flashed the classic Bishop problem Mandala V12 on his third day ever visiting the famous California boulder field. The 21-year-old is from Herzlyia, Israel, and has been climbing since 2006. In 2013 and 2014, he was third in Youth Boulder world ranking and in 2014, he placed third at the European Youth World Cup.

He is a national champion and has a number of difficult problems to his name. On his first day in Bishop, he sent Thunderbird V11 and flashed two V10s. On his second day, he did La Belette V11, Mystery V12 and flashed Evolution to the Lip V10.

For the past few years, Khazanov has been adding hard sends to his list with ticks of Never Ending Story V14 an Ill Trill V14/15. Watch him send hard problems in Ticino.
