La Sportiva Legends Only Results

The annual La Sportiva Legends Only competition took place in Stocklholm.

The Legends Only puts five top climbers to the test. Unlike most comps where the competitors don’t know what the problem will be, for Legends Only the climbers practice the routes the day before.

This year, it was Anna Stohr, Melissa Le Neve, Juliane Wurm, Shauna Coxsey and Janja Garnbret. After hours of intense climbing, 16-year-old Garnbret took the win.

Going into Legends Only, Garnbret had won every Youth comp she had entered. She was a force to be reckoned with and it was clear after the first problem that would dominate the comp.

Garnbret sent all five bouldering problems in only seven attempts. She was the only one to send every route.
