Too Close to God by Jeff Long

Jeff Long is one of the best mountain fiction writers of the last century. Based in Colorado, Long is an experienced climber who is currently visiting Canmore for the release of his most recent book.

From the New York Times bestselling author, Jeff Long, winner of the 1993 Boardman Tasker Prize for Mountain Literature for The Ascent and of the 2006 Banff Mountain Book Festival Grand Prize for The Wall, comes Too Close to God.

His new book is titled Too Close to God, published by Imaginary Mountain Surveyors, and includes the following excerpts and individual stories from the last 30 years:

The new book Too Close to God will be released at the sixth annual Vino Novellus on Thursday, March 19 at the Rose & Crown in Canmore.

No word yet on pre-orders, but come March 19, the book will likely be available through Amazon in Paperback, Kindle, and Nook/Kobo formats.
