Watch Great Short Film on Patagonia Alpine Climbing

Climber Bradford Pope McArthur brings us this great short film with steep Patagonian granite climbing. The 2016/17 rock season in Patagonia was cold and snowy, but short weather windows gave climbers some climbing time.

We thought weather in Chalten last November was just normal for the early season. Turns out we were pretty lucky! @hennesseysamuel about to top out Col Standhart on our Cerro Torre attempt. We were surprised to find fixed lines most of the way down the back side. With Sam Hennessey, they climbed Exocet on Aguja Standhardt, Chiaro Di Luna on Aguja Saint-Exupery and El Mocho’s Voie des Bénitiers.
