Francesca Metcalf Cruises Chattanoogan

Francesca Metcalf is a 21-year-old boulderer who jumped from V10 to V12 in one afternoon.

During late January, Metcalf was climbing at Stone Fort, Tennessee when she jumped on Chattanoogan, V12. Before she knew it, she was at the top.

It was originally reported to be a V12 flash, but Metcalf had sampled the second-half, a V7, previously.

In 2010, she won at the Pan American Games for bouldering and it 2012 placed second.
