Video: Cheakamus
We are lucky in Canada to have so many great places to climb. One of the best sport crags on the West Coast is Cheakamus. With routes for climbers at all levels, it’s been one of the go-to crags for years.
The first recorded climbs in the Cheakamus Canyon were in the 60s. Since the early 90s, Cheakamus has been the focus of sport climbing in the Squamish area. Its crags have featured, cracked granite that offer fun technical climbing.
