Alberta Climbing Association’s Calgary Lead Comp
The Alberta Climbing Association Onsight Lead Competition took place on Feb. 27 at the Calgary Climbing Centre’s Stronghold.

The Alberta Climbing Association’s lead competition at Calgary’s Stronghold brought some of the strongest climbers from B.C., Alberta and Saskatchewan.
In the open category for men, Jason Holowach claimed another victory and was followed by Marc Eveleigh. Sam Tucker took third place and the veteran Ross Suchy finished in fourth.
For the women, Alyssa Weber beat the uber strong Squamish-based Vikki Weldon, while sister Stacey Weldon finished in third. Right behind was Samantha Li.
