Alex Megos Coming to Canmore Climbing Festival in August

Alex Megos is coming to Canada to climb and present. Megos is one of the world’s best climbers with a multiple 5.15 sends, including the first ascents of some of Frankenjura’s hardest routes. He will be visiting the Canadian Rockies to climb and present at the Canmore Climbing Festival, which is organized by top climber Sonnie Trotter, on Fri. Aug. 12 in downtown Canmore. Along with Megos will be sender Tim Emmett, who recently repeated Trotter’s The Path 5.14R at Back of the Lake.

Another great day here in #canmore at Planet X! "The Prestige" 5.14c (8c+) has for sure one of the coolest bouldering sequences I've ever had on a route!
