Canadians Finish Strong in Lead Semis at Youth Worlds

Three Canadian climbers advanced to Semis for the showdown yesterday in Guangzhou, China. The Youth World Championships are taking place this week and Lucas Uchida finished in an impressive ninth place. Nathan Smith ended in 16th and Lia Wieckowski completed her Lead comp in 22nd. Slovenians took the top three medals in Youth A, and Japan and the USA had great night taking a number of medals. Below are the top-three winners in each Lead category.
