Indoor Weekly: Shauna Coxsey Talks Olympics on Podcast

Looking Sideways is an action sport podcast that recently published an interview with British competition climbing star Shauna Coxsey.

Coxsey talks about the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo, how she started climbing and where she want to go in the future.

“Your mindset and how you deal with things is a choice,” she said during the hour-long conversation.

“I’m not even sure I’m going,” she said about the Olympics.”The selection process will be so hard… I need to train for two new disciplines.”

She explains that she wouldn’t have even considered the Olympics if it wasn’t for her coach and team.

“I’m really confident and believe in my plan right now,” she said as she readies to finish the Japan World Cup.
