Watch Sean McColl’s First Bouldering Gold in 2013

Sean McColl is one of the world’s most decorated competition climbers and has been at it for more than 15 years.

In this clip by Onbouldering.com, McColl tops the last problem at Slovenian Finals in 2013 for his first Bouldering World Cup gold. The route setting four years ago was much different.

I really liked the finals route because it had hard moves all over; if you didn't take your time or commit 100%, you could easily fall ? • Pictured here, I previewed a rose move (Briancon always has one) but when I got there, I decided to match hands and avoid the rose! ? • I love making spur of the moment decisions like that while climbing.
