Throwback to Hilarious 1980’s Ski Video

Hilarious snippets from a BBC documentary called On The Piste from 1987. The documentary covers a group of British beginner skiers, who have travelled to the Austrian ski resort of Söll.

Skiing in the 1980s was far different from modern day skiing, but this group – led by Maureen, Brenda and Kevin – show how skiing should be enjoyed. Clips include learning how to get up once you’ve fallen over, departing a ski lift and ski tow, and enjoying Austrian apres ski.
