Canadian Alannah Yip will compete in semifinals at the World Championships in Innsbruck after finishing in 19th in qualifications.
In 2016, she advanced to semifinals at the worlds andfinished in 16th.his is the second time she has advanced to a Worlds Semis, having climbed to a 16th place finish at Paris 2016. Semifinals and finals take place on Friday.
Janja Garnbret topped all five qualifications problems and advanced in first place. Akiyo Noguchi topped four problems
The other Canadian women finished: Allison Vest in 36, Becca Frangos in 62, Bronwen Karnis in 85 and Babette Roy in 85.
