Really happy to say that I’ll be part of the National Team heading to the Lead World Cups in Chamonix and Briancon this year! #tb to Chamonix last year. There isn’t really any competition as scenic as this one – climbing in the midst of the french alps🏔. 📷 photo taken by @sheila_mcc Thanks @boulderzclimbingcentre for the support!
McColl and Yip will compete in the Lead and Speed WC in Villars, Switzerland, next week (July 4-6). All ten team members will compete in Chamonix (July 11-13) and Briançon (July 19-20).
Aside from McColl and Yip, results from the French World Cups will determine who competes at the World Championships in Hachioji, Japan (August 11-21), as well as the fall World Cups, scheduled as follows:
Kranj, SLO (Sept 28-29)
Xiamen, CHN (Oct 18-20)
Inzai, JPN (Oct 26-27)
