Youth World Championships!! I had an excellent experience here in Arco, Italy. I made it to the semifinals in lead and was close in bouldering. Despite this, I am disappointed in my result. It’s frustrating knowing you have been training hard but you’re just not good enough. At this level of climbing it’s all about the small details. When I have competitions like this I want nothing else but to go train harder than ever. I hate having a bad competition but the thing I love about it is the things I learn and the motivation to train even harder. Though I want to jump back to training I know I have to take a break and let my body recover. I am grateful to have the opportunity to compete at such a high level. Also congratulations to @oscar.baudrand and @brennan__doyle for making it to finals. A huge congrats to @dylan___le for his bronze medal! ?: @sytsevanslooten #highfrictionday, #flashedpodium, #climbfreeclimbfearlessly, @flashedclimbing, @evolv_worldwide, @evolvcanada, #mecambassador, #mecnation, #climbingcompetition, #climbing, #rockclimbing, #hiveclimbing, #ywch, #ywch2019, #teamcanada, #climbingcanada
