Adam Ondra has climbed more hard routes than anyone ever with the only send of a 5.15d, Silence, in the history of climbing.

He competed in the Tokyo Summer Olympics this past summer and finished without winning a medal. He’s released a four-part series on his physical and mental preparation for the Olympics. He’s also announced that he and his partner are expecting a baby in 2022.
