The CEC Presents All NACS Qualifying Boulders

The North American Cup Series (NACS) is underway in Kanata. A stout field should provide close competition among North America's best

The North American Cup Series has begun in Kanata, Ontario. The two day event will run through through a flash format on Saturday before culminating in onsite events for Sunday’s semi-final and final rounds.

Across the two gender categories, routesetters set 16 boulders for North America’s athletes. In advance of the competition, Climbing Escalade Canada posted each of the qualification problems. Saturday’s schedule begins with the women and concludes with the men.

Earlier this month, the Richmond Oval saw Ontario athletes Indiana Chapman and Lucas Uchida walk away with with gold. Both climbers will compete in Kanata this weekend, but they will also compete against a stiffer field.

Massive thanks to Altitude for hosting and to Fred Charron, Hubert Catimel-Marchand, Aggy St-Jaques, Kaleb Thomas, Shaun Hunter, Corinne Baril, and Nicolas Vouillamoz for setting this weekend’s competition.
