It was the first World Cup since the start of the pandemic
The first Lead World Cup of the season took place in Briancon, France, last weekend under new covid-19 regulations with only a handful of climbers compared to comps past. Nevertheless the energy was there for some top climbers to compete in front of 5,000 spectators.
Adam Ondra and Laura Rogora took gold medals, it was Rogora’s first. For full results visit here. Watch Ondra’s video about his win below.
