Watch Epic Falls and Live Psicobloc Masters 2018

Top climbers including Jimmy Webb and Matty Hong and Delaney Miller Nina Williams will be going head-to-head on Aug. 4 in Park City, Utah at the 2018 Psicobloc Masters.

Psicobloc (aka Deep Water Soloing) is a form of solo climbing over a (deep) body of water. Psicobloc is undoubtedly one of the most unique and purest forms of climbing.

Elite climbers like Chris Sharma make regular pilgrimages to exotic locales like Mallorca to push the envelope of technical climbing and experience the special challenge afforded by Psicobloc.

Qualifiers will consist of one male and one female route, with grades of 12+ female and 13+ male. There will not be partial scoring for highest hold, only tops and times will factor in to who moves on.

The top four fastest competitors from each gender in the Qualifier will pass through to the “seeding” or practice round with the invited climbers at the Olympic Park pool the next day.
