Adam Ondra Sends Another V15 Before Kranj World Cup

This is Ondra's 12th of the grade

Adam Ondra has climbed his 12th V15 with his recent tick of Ghost Rider in Moravsky kras. Ondra will be competing in lead world cup in Kranj this weekend, hoping to redeem himself after the world championships. He’ll be up against top climbers like Alex Megos.

This was the second ascent of Martin Stranik. “Amazing problem, lower start is waiting,” said Ondra. Prior to Ghost Rider, Ondra had climbed these V15s: Tekute Stesti, Vrtule, Drift, Krater, Asagimadara, Charon, Practice of the Wild, Pata Ledovce, Monkey Wedding, From Dirt Grows the Flowers and Big Paw. Ondra has also climbed two V16s: Gioia and Terranova.

Watch Ondra and Stefano Ghisolfi climb in Garda Trentino in Italy below. The two champion climbers explore a new crag with a number of hard projects.
