Alexander Rohr Gets Third Ascent of Swiss 5.14d

Alexander Rohr made the third ascent of Chromosome Y 5.14d in Charmey of his home country of Switzerland. The 21-year-old needed a few days to put down the test-piece. His first 5.14d was Ultime Souffrance in Saint Loup.

The first ascent was by Pirmin Bertle in 2012 on the same day as making the first ascent of Chromosome X 5.14d. Adam Ondra flashed the steep line in 2014. Rohr suggested a grade of 5.14c/d. Watch the first ascent below.
