Babsi Zangerl and Jacopo Larcher Send 5.14+

The power couple of Babsi Zangerl and Jacopo Larcher seem to be unstoppable. If there not sending big El Cap walls and repeating run-out trad routes, than they’re busy ticking hard sport climbs.

Zangerl, who became the first woman to send The Path 5.14R in Canada last year, has reported that she’s sent Atlantic 5.14b and Missing Link 5.14c in Voralpsee. Zangerl has climbed 5.14d and 2019 should prove to be another big year for her.

On the topic of 5.14d, Larcher just sent Speed Integrale, also in Voralpsee. Speed Integrale was the first 5.14d that Zangerl ticked last year. Larcher also recently climbed Prinzip Hoffnung 5.14R and earlier this spring he sent Tribe, a trad route that he said is his hardest send to date but didn’t grade. He’s climbed a number of 5.14d and 5.15a climbs.
