Chiropractor’s Creative Indoor Climbing During Coronavirus
And how Jeneka Embrey is staying busy introducing people to Arbonne
Jeneka Embrey is a chiropractor who’s currently staying home in Nevada, where over 1,110 cases of coronavirus have been recorded as of today. Residents of Nevada have been told to stay at home while health officials try to “flatten the curve” in the state and across the U.S.A.
Nevada-based Embrey, who’s originally from Maine, has been staying busy finding creative ways to climb at home. From cabinets to door frames, she’s joined countless climbers around the world who’ve been keeping the training going during this isolation time.
She’s refocused from practicing chiropractics to introducing friends and followers to Arbonne, which offers health products that are made of botanically based ingredients in scientifically tested products. You can check it out here.
Follow Embrey below and be sure to share your climb-at-home shots on Instagram. Please stay close to home for the next little while until we hear from health officials that we can get back to climbing and the mountains.
