The 17-acre piece of land was listed for $57,000. The Kinnaird Bluffs have been a popular local crag for interior B.C. climbers since the first routes were established in the 1950s. With over 70 sport and trad routes, the area is very popular during rock season.

As stated on their website, “TAWKROC is currently going through the motions of becoming a stand-alone non-profit society so that it will be named on the title when the offer goes through on February 14th. There will not be a private individual listed on the title.”

To date, they have raised over $3,000 on their crowdfunding page. To donate and for more info, visit here.
