Climbers Send V15 and V14s in South Africa
A new video just dropped documenting over a dozen sends of hard problems by veteran boulderers
A new video by Zach Galla features several strong climbers sending classic hard problems at Rocklands in South Africa. The climbers are Nathaniel Coleman, Chris Cosser, Sung Su Lee, Brian Kim, Teein Kim, Miles Perry, Eli Perry and Galla.
The list of routes they climb are Deep Turtle V11, Sky V13, Oral Office V12, El Corazon V13, The Vice V13, Monkey Wedding V15, Night Show V12, Shosholoza V12, Black Velvet V11, Spray of Light V15, Reverse Cowgirl V14, Menage a Trois V14, and Out of Balance V11.
The Rocklands are located in the Cedarburg Mountains, about 200 kilometres north of Cape Town. There are hundreds of sandstone boulders that have been testing the world’s best for decades. Earlier this year, a famous boulder was toppled over, read about it here.
