Graham McGrenere Sends V12 in Joe’s Valley

West Coaster Graham McGenere is currently sending down in Joe’s Valley and has reported a send of Beyond Life Sit V12. He first sent Beyond Life V10.

“So over-the-top excited to have been able to put this one together,” McGrenere wrote on Sendage.

“The sit start makes the already amazing line of Beyond Life more complete. I started working the sit moves at the same time I started trying the stand and pretty quickly put together the bottom.

This year we committed to spending more time in #joesvalley than on previous trips. We've been able to get into the groove of the climbing style and have a chance to try some bigger projects. Yesterday, after much effort and many tries, I was able to send Beyond Life Sit (V12). Kim caught this shot of me on the send at the transition where the sit start meets the stand start. • • • • • #joesvalleybouldering #joes #utah #utahisrad #beyondlife #climbing #rockclimbing #climbutah #bouldering #noplacetoofar #organicclimbing #climbing_pictures_of_instagram #doyouclimb #grippedmagazine #climbmoja #liveclimbrepeat #knowyourroutes #justgoclimb #foodranch #iloveclimbing #climbinglife #climbingisbliss #roadtrip #e9clothing #retirement2017 @organicclimbing @scarpana

McGrenere has been on a sending spree over the past few months with ticks of: Breakin’ the Law 5.14b, Murder Weapon 5.14a, H Bomb 5.14a, Honey Bitch 5.14a and Inferno de Dante Extension 5.14a.

“The crux of the stand eluded me though and it felt hard enough that I couldn’t imagine doing it when fatigued from climbing even more moves into it,” noted McGrenere.

“All the stars aligned and I was able to send the sit for goes after doing the stand. The crux felt absolutely cruiser on the send. Power endurance rig – nice to have come to Joe’s after months of sport climbing. So so so stoked.”

Also down in Joe’s Valley, Andrew Funk ticked Simple Twist of Fate V10 and No Substance V8.
