Hot Bugaboo Action With New Free Routes

Taking advantage of the unusually dry conditions, the team of Jason Kruk, Will Stanhope and Matt Segal established two new free routes in the Bugaboos.

The North Vancouver/Miami Variation 5.12+ is a three-pitch free variation of Chocolate Fudge Brownie 5.9 A2 on Howser Spire’s Central Tower.

Hazel Findlay joined the team for the second free route Sendero Norte 5.12+, which is a link-up on the east face of Snowpatch Spire that includes climbing on In Harm’s Way 5.8 A4 and Deus Ex Machina 5.9 A2.
