The Kananaskis Country Public Safety Program, which is the search and rescue program based in Kananaskis Country west of Calgary, has a new name.
Kananaskis Mountain Rescue will be the program’s title moving forward. For decades, they’ve been managing access, safety and rescues around some of Alberta’s most popular mountains and valleys.
