A 28-year-old Montreal ice climber was killed when he was hit by a falling chunk of ice while climbing Montagne du Coq near Notre-Dame-du-Laus in Quebec.
A 28-year-old Montreal ice climber was killed when he was hit by a falling chunk of ice while climbing Montagne du Coq near Notre-Dame-du-Laus in Quebec. Four climber were about to climb the route when the ice cut loose seriously injuring David Letendre and another climber. All four climbers were rushed to the hospital where David Letendre died of his injuries. More details here.
