New 2019 Climbing Book: Training for the Uphill Athlete

Kilian Jornet, Steve House and Scott Johnston have teamed up to for their new book called Training for the Uphill Athlete, which is published by Patagonia.

House is one of the world’s leading alpinists, Jornet has more mountain records than almost anyone and Johnston is an Olympic ski coach.

The book includes the same mix of theory, application, and experiential essays from experts in the field, as well as instructional illustrations as in Training for the New Alpinism. Contributions by Kilian Jornet increase the worldwide appeal of the book. The book will be released in March.
