Canada’s best competition climber Sean McColl bagged a sixth place finish at the lead climbing World Cup event held in Puurs, Belgium on October 1, 2011. This was McColl’s second lead climbing World Cup event for 2011, a season where he’s spent most of his time competing in bouldering World Cups. This transition and strong finish further confirms McColl’s versatility at the World Cup level. McColl’s next World Cup lead climbing competition is in Boulder, Colorado on Oct 8, 2011.
