BroughtToYouByPetzl_790-333tomato

Strong West Coast climber Sarah Hart has climbed her first V10 with a send of White Lion at Cat Lake Boulders, an area that has been recently explored in depth by local climbers.

“I did it! I sent my first V10! It’s been a long time coming,” Hart wrote on her social media. “I’ve never been good at focusing on one thing long enough to actually accomplish many goals.”

I did it! I sent my first V10! It's been a long time coming, I've never been good at focusing on one thing long enough to actually accomplish many goals. But these last 8 months everything has changed. I lost many things that were important to me in very short order. For 6 long months I mostly had to scrape myself up off the floor every morning in order to face the day. There were two bright spots though, the amazing friends that surrounded me, and my goals which, for the first time in my life, I truly committed to achieving. My eye is firmly planted on the prizes I seek in climbing and in life. Maybe I'll get there, maybe I won't, but the journey keeps me striving. ? @jamiefinlayson (of course) #mecambassador #noplacetoofar (or difficult) #mountainvision
